Citibank, N.A. seeks a Liquidity Management Lead Analyst for its Long Island City, NY location. DUTIES: Support financial resiliency/resolvability and coordinate day-to-day governance, strategy, and change management activities in support of the firm’s liquidity reporting obligations. Drive production needs and support various workstreams in the execution of the Liquidity Risk Management framework at Citi which includes Position Management and Analysis, Stress Testing, Planning and Forecasting, Collateral Management, and Intraday Liquidity Management. Support the monitoring and execution of Liquidity Risk Methodology and Models. Provide support in the oversight of the firm’s liquidity regulatory reporting production, controls, data and change management initiatives supporting FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, ILST and other key liquidity reports. Support the team in oversight, monitoring, and managing liquidity attribution. Assist with implementing and enhancing Liquidity Risk Policies and Standards including calibration of triggers, limits, thresholds, and indicators. Assist with the design and execution of the strategic liquidity reporting target operating model. Assist with the calculation and consolidation of liquidity balances and liquidity risk metrics. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation supporting liquidity management activities. Six (6) years of experience must include: Maintaining a comprehensive contingent liquidity risk inventory (CLRI) that covers all liquidity risks across all on and off-balance sheet exposures and ensures sufficient coverage of these risks via a suite of liquidity risk management frameworks
Performing risk assessments and management within the framework of liquidity management in evaluating the impact of different economic and potential stress scenarios on liquidity and operational needs, leveraging advanced proficiency in liquidity risk
Providing analytical support on qualitative and quantitative issues, and modeling, developing, and performing financial and risk analysis that addresses concerns and issues related to model interpretation and implementation
Working with large datasets and extrapolating insights, interpreting complex financial models, and using data visualization and analytics skills to evaluate the impact of different economic scenarios
Utilizing Microsoft Office including Excel for metrics and data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation decks, and Word for writing and editing procedural and technical documentation. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, and four (4) years of experience.
