Job Description:

The Liquidity Management Lead Analyst is an individual contributor within Citi's Treasury Organization. The role drives production needs and supports workstreams in liquidity management frameworks such as Position Management, Stress Testing, Planning and Forecasting, Collateral Management, and Intraday Liquidity Management. Responsibilities include project management of regulatory-related liquidity initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project manage Citi's Regulatory-related liquidity projects or other key initiatives
  • Chair or lead steering or working groups
  • Track critical meeting discussions, decisions, and actions
  • Coordinate and follow up with key stakeholders on project progress
  • Identify, communicate and escalate risks, challenges or issues to senior management
  • Document project/workflow process
  • Create Business Requirements and Function Requirements documents as needed
  • Present the project overview, status and issues internally or at a senior level
  • Contribute to the design, roll-out and governance of regulatory-related milestones
  • Participate in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into liquidity risk management processes
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of business impact in process design and technical contributions
  • Regularly interact with peers and across groups in Citi for project management purposes
  • Handle staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Good understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function/sub-business and contribute to the objective of the entire function/business
  • Ability to guide, influence and convince others, typically colleagues/peers in other areas
  • Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area
  • Ability to deal occasionally with complex and variable issues
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of issues and determine best course of action
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
