Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Liquidity Funding Management Analyst to join the Liquidity Management Team to support cross-functional projects, manage compliance activities, and enhance analytics tools. Treasury at Wells Fargo is responsible for managing Wells Fargo's balance sheet including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage cross-functional projects for Liquidity Management to ensure coordination, transparency, timely delivery
  • drive enhancements in Liquidity Management’s analytics tools, including Power BI dashboards and PowerApps, to improve efficiency, insights, and user experience
  • manage compliance-related activities in accordance with enterprise policies
  • participate in moderately complex initiatives and provide overall advisory on treasury finance liquidity and funding management
  • identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • collaborate and consult with peers, functional colleagues, internal partners and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • interact with internal customers as well as outside parties
  • receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • ability to create, prepare and present to leadership
  • experience reviewing and analyzing policies, processes, procedures, and regulations
  • ability to successfully engage in and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities
  • demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with various business and functional areas and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word
  • experience creating reporting using BI tools
  • analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to distill large amounts of information quickly and create executive level communications
  • crisis management / incident management experience
  • process design / data design / continuous improvement / client experience / risk and control experience
  • ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization
