Demonstrate experience in a client facing financial services industry - a prior role in Transition Management or Prime Client Services is essential
Have considerable understanding of the Hedge Fund and Asset Manager landscape, with focus on clearing, settlement and financing across products and strategies
Have a working knowledge of products including Cash Equities, Bonds, Repo and Equity Synthetics. Knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Clearing and FXPB is beneficial and preferred
Be detail oriented, with the ability to work in a resourceful manner but in a team environment with the ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships

Job Responsibility

Product Analysis: working with clients to translate their operational and trading needs onto the Barclays Prime Brokerage platform across products and entities. Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Pricing and Product to deliver seamless solutions to our client base
Stakeholder Management: Cultivating client relationships and facilitating the onboarding process end to end through regular communication on on-boarding requirements (such as KYC, Regulatory, Operations), and being central point of contact throughout the on-boarding process, including educating clients on platform capabilities and Barclays infrastructure
Project Management: internal coordination across key stakeholder groups to align prioritization, manage expectations and meet client go live dates
Working with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship
Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight
Primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading, risk, billing and reporting
Provide expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives
