Job Description:

The Linux Production Support Analyst will ensure Citi's Security Infrastructure and Security Applications adhere to regulatory policies and resolve vulnerabilities while supporting operations and troubleshooting multiple security-related technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls
Resolve vulnerabilities or issues detected in an application or infrastructure
Analyze source code to mitigate identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities
Review and validate automated testing results and prioritize actions
Scan and analyze applications with automated tools and perform manual testing if necessary
Troubleshoot and support multiple applications
Maintain, track, and complete assigned tickets
Reduce risk by analyzing root causes, impacts, and corrective actions
Coordinate secure solution delivery with business and technical contacts.

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Linux certifications are a plus
4+ years' experience working hands-on with Linux
3+ years' IT Security Production Support experience in Security Infrastructure or Security Application support
Basic Bash/Shell Scripting
Prior experience with Splunk Core or Splunk ES is a plus
Must be a self-starter
Ability to work well under pressure
Consistent adherence to domain process and procedures
Knowledge of Big Data/Data Lake platforms or environments
Ability to troubleshoot and support multiple applications within the domain
Experience with Jira or ServiceNow is a plus
Excellent communication and process documentation skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Prior experience with Splunk Core or Splunk ES

Bilingual Spanish.
