Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration and Elasticsearch to support, automate, and optimize infrastructure and search platforms. The role involves system reliability, performance tuning, monitoring, and CI/CD automation in a cloud or hybrid environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
  • Install, configure, and manage Elasticsearch clusters (scaling, indexing, performance tuning)
  • Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for Elasticsearch environments
  • Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell scripting / Python / Ansible
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Monitor system and application performance using ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
  • Work closely with development and SRE teams to improve reliability and scalability

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Linux system administration
  • Hands-on expertise with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack)
  • Scripting: Bash, Shell, Python
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
  • Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Logstash, Kibana
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
  • Security hardening and performance tuning on Linux
