Linux administrator

• Responsible for the planning, designing, acquisition, maintenance, and implementation of applications, infrastructure, system integration, and solutions
• Recognized as an expert within the organization and is responsible for solving complex problems
• Leads the research, design, validation, and implementation of systems, components, and technologies and provides recommendations for strategies, roadmaps and solutions
• Ensures the solutions employed across the organization support the needs of evolving business by effectively understanding the changing technology
• Provides oversight and assistance across project design and delivery, ongoing administration including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring availability and reliability across multiple providers and services
• Creates, reviews, and maintains documentation of deployments, systems, and procedures relating to job/team responsibilities
• Produces documentation as requested for internal customers, audits and compliance purposes
• Reports and presents quarterly capacity analyses of licensing, equipment, and utilization
• Establishes and meets critical deadlines while prioritize multiple activities and complex projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates leadership by driving projects to meet milestone dates, utilizing critical thinking skills to help analyze business problems and recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems and gaining consensus on the best solution
• Influences change, prioritizes efforts on critical initiatives, and works to identify find solutions to opportunities
• Work Timings: 07:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 01:00 PM, 11:00 AM, 05:00 PM (There is minimal possibility for these roles to be rotational during the business days to meet the operational need. During the weekend, it will be On-Call support)

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 to 5 years work experience in Linux Admin, Redhat, Ansible, AWS
• Must have worked in projects adopting Iterative/Agile/Water fall methodologies and must be proficient with its practices
• Engineering work experience in area of specialization
