Linux Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and operating systems
• Monitor server performance, security, and system health
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
• Perform system troubleshooting, backup, and recovery operations
• Configure and maintain network services, firewalls, and storage systems
• Support software installation, updates, and patch management
• Maintain server documentation and IT records
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for system support
• Ensure system security and data protection practices are followed
• Handle hardware and network-related troubleshooting when required

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
• Understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management
• Experience with shell scripting and basic automation
• Knowledge of server monitoring and system security
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Relevant certifications in Linux/System Administration will be an added advantage
