We are seeking an experienced Linux Server Administrator to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical guidance and support to clients in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux-based servers. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Linux Administrator will be responsible for the following: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their business objectives. Install and configure Linux servers, including hardware and software, and monitor and manage them to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues using diagnostic tools and techniques. Ensure the security of the Linux environment by implementing and managing access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Constantly monitor system performance and optimize it to improve the system's response time, scalability, and availability. Provide technical support and guidance to users and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Configure and maintain web servers, application servers, database servers, and other infrastructure components. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend solutions that align with the business needs of clients.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
4-6 years of experience in administration and maintenance of Linux server infra in a large-scale enterprise environment
Experience with Qualys or similar tools for conducting vulnerability assessments and remediation plans
Understanding of IT security protocols, including network security, firewalls, antivirus tools, and vulnerability management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
