Job Description:

As a LinkBuilder & Outreach Specialist at Glorium Technologies, you will establish and strengthen our digital authority across the software development and technology landscape.

Job Responsibility:

Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies across multiple international markets through personalized outreach
Identify and reach out to website owners, editors, and administrators to secure quality backlinks
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of site administrators, contacts, and outreach opportunities
Write compelling outreach emails and SEO-optimized content to support link-building initiatives
Conduct detailed competitor research and backlink audits
Track outreach campaigns, response rates, and link acquisition metrics
Monitor and report on link performance and quality
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve overall SEO results
Ensure all SEO practices align with Google’s guidelines and best practice

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in an SEO-related role (link building, outreach, or similar position)
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach purposes
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
capable of creating functional formulas and managing databases
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
Experience building and maintaining contact databases
Skilled at communication and relationship building with website owners and administrators
A proactive problem-solver who knows how to find relevant information and contact details efficiently
English is B1 at least

Nice to have:

Experience with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Majestic, Semrush, or Serpstat
Understanding of domain metrics such as DR, UR, TF, and CF
Experience with email outreach tools or CRM systems
Background in content marketing or digital PR
