Job Description:

As a Link Building Ops Associate, you will be joining a small team at D50 Media. You will work closely with the team to assist with off-site SEO strategy and implementation for our family of web products. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Link Building Ops Associate to support and enhance our off-site SEO efforts. Reporting directly to the Link Building Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations for our link building campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and executing strategic outreach campaigns to support link building efforts
Generating detailed reports to monitor and analyze campaign performance
Identifying workflow patterns, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving tool or API errors
Optimizing workflows by streamlining processes and automating repetitive tasks
Supporting link building strategy development by identifying trends and insights

Requirements:

Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities
Technical proficiency with tools like Pitchbox, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and improving workflows

Nice to have:

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or link building
Experience with data entry or organizing large datasets
Familiarity with automation processes, scripting languages, or API integrations
Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, or WordPress
Experience handling and organizing large datasets
