Job Description:

The Linen Sorter plays a key role in supporting our housekeeping and operations teams by ensuring all linens are properly sorted, washed, dried, and prepared for use. This role involves physical labor, running and processing linens, stripping beds, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the laundry facility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sort linens, towels, and bedding for washing
  • separate stained or damaged items
  • Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with stripping beds and collecting linens as needed
  • Keep laundry areas clean, orderly, and stocked
  • Report equipment issues and follow all safety and handling procedures
  • Support housekeeping and other departments during high-volume periods

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year hospitality or related work experience is preferred
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read, write and speak English is preferred
