You will receive a warm welcome into the Apex family on joining us as a Linen Porter in Bath. On your first day you will begin a structured 12 week learning journey, giving you the skills, knowledge and confidence to be a great Linen Porter.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the delivery of amazing brand standards and immaculate guest facilities
Responsible for your own work and take pride in high standard of cleanliness and organisation whilst adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Work closely with all team members to deliver a seamless system of collection and replacement of all linen items
Embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests to provide a personal experience
Work seamlessly and methodically to remove linen and waste items from Guest rooms and replace with fresh items to assist the Self Checking room attendants
Engage with guests in order to promote guest loyalty
Ensure guests experience our well-known high levels of comfort and quality
