Linen Porter

• Ensure bedrooms, public areas and corridors are cleaned to the highest standard
• Collect, sort and deliver linen supplies to all hotel store areas
• Remove all dirty items using trollies to housekeeping main store and make ready for collection by the contract laundry
• Maintain linen pantries ensuring they are tidy, well organised and well stocked at start, during and end of shift
• Assist with linen, supplies stock counts
• Receive deliveries from contract laundry, check paperwork and store linen correctly
• Help in the spring cleaning of rooms
• Clean bedrooms as and when needed

• Previous experience in a similar role
• 4* Hotel experience
• 5* Hotel experience preferred
• genuine passion for providing excellent guest experience
• team player with a proactive attitude
