Line supervisor

• Supervise a production line, leading a team of 3–5 employees
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow
• Participate in production tasks alongside the team
• Enforce compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Operate machinery and perform industrial cleaning tasks as required (3 days on machine operation, 2 days on industrial cleaning)

• Experience in a production setting, ideally within the food industry
• Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• prior supervisory experience is an asset
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Commitment to maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Willingness to work in either the two-shift or fixed night shift system
