Job Description:

As a Line Supervisor in the packaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging of frozen vegetables. After comprehensive training, you will manage the entire packaging line, ensuring all components function smoothly and efficiently. Your role involves overseeing the process from product intake to the automated stacking of finished goods. By making adjustments to machine settings and proactively addressing any issues, you will ensure optimal output and maintain product quality throughout your shift.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and monitor the entire packaging line from vegetable intake to palletizing
Set up machinery for optimal performance and product quality (speed, weight, etc.)
Perform quality checks on packaged products (labeling, sealing, weight, printing)
Conduct regular metal detection inspections
Retrieve and adjust recipes in coordination with the team leader
Communicate effectively with operators, forklift drivers, and replenishment staff
Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with technical staff as necessary
Take full control of the assigned packaging line and coordinate activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain continuous communication with the team leader and technical support
Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
Actively contribute to achieving production targets and maintaining product standards

Requirements:

Very good level of English
Some technical skills and familiarity with using computers
Previous experience as a production operator is a plus
Living in the region and having personal transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
