Job Description:

For a structured and well-organized meat processing company, we are recruiting a line supervisor in Lendelede, West Flanders. The company specializes in poultry products and operates both in domestic and international markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, and the Middle East. It holds a halal certification, which is a key advantage for its export activities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a production line and lead a team of 3 to 5 employees
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining a structured workflow
Actively participate in production tasks alongside the team
Enforce safety and hygiene regulations
Assist in machine operations and industrial cleaning as required

Requirements:

Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
prior supervisory experience is a plus
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility
Strong focus on order, cleanliness, and hygiene

What we offer:

Shift allowance
