Job Description:

As a Line Supervisor, you will comply with the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the safety and quality policies established by our organization and customers. You will be located at Saltillo Plant, and report directly to our Plant manager.

Job Responsibility:

Lead startup, line shutdown and production schedule compliance
Assign work responsibilities to the personnel in charge and coordinate the daily activities
Be in charge of the instructions for hanging of parts and handling of materials
Verify finished products with the quantity and quality required with end customer
Fill out production forms, attendance list, and follow up with the personnel in the system
Ensure compliance with the safety standards established by the company

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering or related with 2 years of experience in similar positions
Knowledge in IATF 16949, Core Tools, Knowledge of Risk-based Thinking, APQP, Work Instructions, Safety Systems (ISO 14000)
Automotive oriented

Nice to have:

Desirable knowledge: Coating systems
