Job Responsibility
Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOG’s and Third-Party Liaison
Manpower planning, recruitment, retention and staff performance management
Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available at each location
Budgeting, invoicing and negotiation/management of contracts with external suppliers/companies
Conducting regular base visits, ensuring staff welfare and regulatory (UK CAA and EASA) compliances
Supervisions and mentoring of Engineer, Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices
Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non- Compliances, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence
