We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class dining experience to our discerning members and their guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and club specifications
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep
  • Assist with prep tasks including chopping, marinating, portioning, and labeling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods with a focus on quality and timing
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Support special events, private functions, and rooftop service as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of line or prep cook experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen preferred
  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
