Job Description:

For a dynamic production environment, we are seeking a Line Operator to oversee production, ensure quality control, and train team members. The role involves managing the production line, optimizing processes, and maintaining smooth operations. You will work in a flexible shift system from Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure production planning is followed on your assigned line, including supply and removal of materials using a forklift
Train new employees and assist with implementing training plans
Collaborate with the Supervisor to propose and execute performance improvements
Conduct quality checks on stacking, labeling, and processed quantities
Handle administrative tasks, such as attendance, performance tracking, and staff evaluations
Act as the point of contact for maintenance and daily team management
Channel employee questions and report directly to the Supervisor

Requirements:

Experience as an operator, with initial experience in managing employees
Technical education preferred
Proficiency in Polish and English
knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
Forklift certification and computer literacy are advantageous
Physically capable and organized, with a strong focus on structure and order
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the company's growth
Resides near the Oudenaarde region
