Job Responsibility:

Report staffing needs to the Team Leader and communicate absences and delays to remedy the situation
Operate equipment on the packaging line and make minor mechanical adjustments when required
Work as a team with the Team Leader to plan staff breaks
Use and explain production documents to employees when necessary
Be responsible for the quality of production documents
Be involved in training day laborers on your line
Promote team spirit, collaboration, respect and company values

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Good reading, writing and numeracy skills
Team spirit, leadership and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Capacity to execute many task at once
