Job Description

As a Line Lead Manufacturing, you will play a key role in coordinating daily manufacturing activities while supporting and developing team members on the shop floor. You will act as the operational heartbeat of your production line, ensuring smooth execution of production plans, supporting problem-solving activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, materials, equipment, and production priorities
  • Lead shift handovers, team meetings, and problem-solving discussions
  • Provide clear task allocation, guidance, and coaching to team members
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Support investigations and collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop strong technical expertise on equipment and manufacturing processes and actively support production when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance
  • Help prepare the manufacturing organization for future growth and operational challenges

Requirements

  • MBO or HBO degree in a technical or industrial field (e.g. VAPRO B/C, MLO, MTS, Post-HBO certification)
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem solving
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 2-shift, 3-shift & 5-shifts schedule
  • Strong English communication skills
