Our SentryWorld team is looking to add Line/Grill Cooks to our culinary department. We are looking for people like you who are curious, hardworking, and always looking to improve.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes
Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, Fry cook, desert, pastry and salad lines
Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items
Prepare a variety of foods, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items
Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
Serve menu items compliant with established standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
0-2 years of related previous cooking experience preferred
Ability to prepare food from recipes, commensurate with incumbent’s skill level
Self-motivated
Ability to obtain the State Food Handlers Certification
Ability to multi-task and able to follow written or verbal instructions
Strong sense of customer service and safety awareness
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays
