We are looking for a Line Cook who is responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. A successful Line Cook takes pride in their work, communicates well under pressure, and helps create a great experience for every guest.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service
Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness
Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
No experience is required
Prior line cook experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
