Job Description

We are looking for a Line Cook who is responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. A successful Line Cook takes pride in their work, communicates well under pressure, and helps create a great experience for every guest.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness
  • Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • No experience is required
  • Prior line cook experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
