Our fine dining hotel kitchen is looking for a PM Line Cook with strong bakeshop experience and cold prep skills (a plus!) to join our high‑performing culinary team. Shift will typically run from 2 pm to 10pm, weekends and holiday availability a must.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare food according to the hotel’s established culinary standards and recipes
Ensure precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every dish
Assist with bakeshop production, including pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Support cold prep as needed to keep service flowing smoothly
Maintain an unwavering commitment to guest service, quality, and consistency
Follow all daily sanitation, cleanliness, and safety procedures aligned with hotel standards
Requirements:
Experience in a fine dining or high‑volume culinary environment
Bakeshop/pastry experience required for night-time production needs
Cold prep experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality under pressure
Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it
Requires strong organizational skills
Must be able to work independently
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
