Job Responsibility:
Prepare ingredients for service including chopping portioning mixing and measuring
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
Label and store all food products properly after each shift
Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with training new kitchen team members as requested
Communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly
Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Frequent handwashing and use of gloves required
Availability to work days nights weekends and holidays as needed
Multi-station experience a plus
Strong understanding of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
Excellent teamwork communication and time management skills
