Job Responsibility:

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
Maintain organization and cleanliness of your station at all times
Support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation at all times

Requirements:

Previous line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Passion for food, hospitality, and consistent execution
