We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PM Line Cook to join our upscale hotel restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys precision and creativity, and wants to work under a talented culinary leadership team committed to exceptional dining experiences. As a PM Line Cook, you will prepare and execute refined, high-quality dishes that reflect our fine dining standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with our chefs and culinary team to deliver an elevated dinner service that highlights seasonal ingredients, modern technique, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time PM position, requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Shifts typically run between 2pm to 10 pm or 3pm to 11pm, based on business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes with precision, ensuring each plate meets fine dining standards for taste, texture, and presentation
Set up, maintain, and break down your assigned station. Ensure your workstation is fully stocked with ingredients, tools, and equipment needed for service
Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to support smooth service flow. Communicate clearly to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Utilize fresh ingredients and modern culinary techniques. Contribute to a creative and evolving kitchen culture that values innovation
Maintain a sanitary, organized, and safe working environment. Follow all food handling and safety protocols. Ensure proper storage and rotation of all food products
Execute dishes quickly and consistently during peak service hours while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Requirements:
1–2 years of previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
Strong passion for food, culinary technique, and continuous learning
Ability to adapt quickly to changing menu needs and service requirements
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills
Strong knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
Physical ability to stand for long periods, work in high heat, and lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Active food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one
