Job Responsibility

Prepare menu items according to recipe standards
Maintain required stock levels and make supply ordering recommendations

Work different kitchen stations and follow diverse recipes
Assemble salads, desserts, and other pre-prepared items
Ensure all dishes are executed and plated correctly following chef instructions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned stations and equipment
