Ilili Midtown, is now hiring for BOH positions: Line Cook (saute and grill experience preferred) and Prep Cooks. As the premier institution of Lebanese food culture and hospitality values in the US, ilili has built its reputation sharing the elevated cuisine of Philippe Massoud with New Yorkers. ilili is the city’s go-to restaurant for sophisticated Lebanese cuisine. With flagship locations in both NYC and DC, ilili is a vibrant, bustling meeting point of New York and DC savvy and Lebanese generosity. As a team member at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored
  • Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
  • Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience
  • Three years of high volume, upscale restaurant experience
