Who We Are Looking For We are seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team at our vibrant Soho, New York location. As a Line Cook at Crazy Pizza, you will be an essential part of creating the high-quality dishes that define the Crazy Pizza experience. You’ll work alongside a talented team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Crazy Pizza’s recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients, ensuring you’re ready for service
  • Assist with daily food prep, preparing ingredients and components of dishes before service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service during busy periods
  • Monitor food stock and communicate any needs to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients, adhering to food safety standards
  • Assist in closing the kitchen at the end of the shift, including cleaning and storing all equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Chef or management team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment for at least one year is preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Required Years of Experience: 2 years
