Line Cook

• Prepare and cook all food items as specified by recipes and company standards
• Ensure the safety of guests and team
• Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive service
• Prepare and cook multiple orders while maintaining consistency of plate presentation and food quality
• Know menu items, daily specials, and floor plan
• Follow all recipes and assist in all kitchen production and product manufacturing
• Assist in product placement and rotation for all storage locations
• Complete requisitions as needed
• Greet guests and team members eagerly
• Assist guests with questions regarding promotions, events, and casino areas
• Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
• Maintain departmental logs noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues, etc.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least six (6) months’ cooking experience in a restaurant preferred
• Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Must be able to provide documents to work in the United States
• Required to pass a drug test
• Required to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe-Missouria Gaming Commission
• Food Handlers Certification
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and push, pull or drag up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
