Job Responsibility:
execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation
prepare dishes according to guest requests and portion control guidelines
operate various kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the cooking station
stock and prep ingredients for efficient service
break down and store cooking station items properly
adhere to temperature guidelines and company time standards
Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
relevant kitchen experience preferred
ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
