Line Cook

We are looking for a reliable Line Cook who takes pride in their work and a job well done. A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and day and night shifts. Work an average of 30 to 35 hours per week. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods. Able to expedite food orders/tickets in timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift. Stock food items and other necessary supplies.
