Job Responsibility:

Preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquets environment

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel preferably and in banquets
  • Ability to obtain food handlers certification
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Keen eye for details
  • High quality standards in work
  • Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
