Line cook

• Fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation
• Receiving, handling, storing and rotating of all food products
• Set up and stock line stations with all necessary supplies for daily service
• Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high level food preparation standards
• Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of all back of house areas

• Minimum 5 years as a line cook in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a 'customer first' mentality
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for creativity and professionalism
• Hard working culinary team member who can multitask in an efficient and timely manner
