Join our dynamic team at Casablanca Cafe on Fort Lauderdale Beach, where we pride ourselves on exceptional service, delicious food, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking individual to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and are eager for growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other line equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to order and plated consistently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
  • Prep ingredients and restock stations as needed before and during shifts
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house during service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
  • Monitor product quality and minimize waste
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience preferably in breakfast or lunch service
  • Strong grill, egg, and short order cooking skills
  • Ability to maintain speed and consistency during high-volume service
  • Must be punctual and reliable for early morning shifts
  • Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
