Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook with a passion for Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare fresh pasta dishes, ensure consistency and quality, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Experience with Italian food preparation and familiarity with high-volume kitchen operations is highly preferred.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and cook pasta dishes and other menu items according to restaurant standards
Ensure all food is prepared and served according to recipes and safety guidelines
Work closely with kitchen team to prepare fresh pasta dishes
Ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

Mid Level (3-7 years) experience
English language proficiency (INTERMEDIATE)
Spanish language proficiency (BEGINNER)
Italian language proficiency (NATIVE)
Experience with Italian food preparation
Familiarity with high-volume kitchen operations
