Job Description:

We are looking for a Line Cook who is passionate about preparing and cooking food for our guests to Perkins standards. You'll help provide each guest with an awesome dining experience through your passion and commitment to preparing quality food at its best.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
Ensure food presentation meets standards
Monitor inventory and advise when additional prep work is needed
Communicate effectively with others regarding ticket times and potential service problems
Maintain a clean and stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements:

Prior line cook experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
