Position Overview As a Cook at Poza, rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, you play a vital role in bringing our culinary vision to life. Working under the guidance of our Executive Chef, you will prepare dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity, ensuring each plate reflects the quality and elegance synonymous with L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. Your dedication to excellence, cleanliness, and teamwork will help create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including stations, prep areas, and storage
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies
  • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for hospitality and culinary arts
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
