Job Responsibility:
Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including stations, prep areas, and storage
Collaborate with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen safety standards
Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
A collaborative spirit and passion for hospitality and culinary arts
