sear and grill steaks to quality standards
follow safety and sanitation guidelines
understand equipment and prep sheets
exhibit teamwork in a high-volume restaurant environment
maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooking area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
knowledge of safe food handling and cooking procedures
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
basic math skills
ability to communicate effectively with team members
previous high volume restaurant or grill cook experience preferred
