Job Description:

Seeking a Field Project Manager with experience in the entertainment lighting industry to join our clients team to manage field installation projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring smooth and efficient installations
Provide onsite support and guidance to employees, clients, installers, and subcontractors
Actively participate in project hand-off meetings, influencing project planning and execution
Manage project lifecycles from installation commencement to successful completion
Generate daily field reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts
Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Experience in project management or administrative roles, particularly within construction or entertainment settings
Prior knowledge of stage or studio lighting is essential
