Job Responsibility

  • Perform lighting calculations, photometric analysis, and simulations using professional software (DIALux, Relux, AGi32)
  • Design lighting layouts, fixture selection, and control strategies for industrial facilities
  • Ensure designs comply with international and local standards (IEC, IES, CIE, EN, OSHA, NFPA as applicable)
  • Prepare technical documentation: • Lighting design reports and calculation sheets • Technical drawings (AutoCAD / Revit) • Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications
  • Review client/project requirements and develop optimal lighting solutions
  • Integrate lighting design with electrical systems, automation, and control systems
  • Support the tendering process with technical clarifications, proposals, and compliance matrices
  • Conduct site audits, evaluate existing lighting installations, and provide retrofit/upgrade recommendations
  • Assist in the installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning of lighting systems
  • Research new technologies in LED lighting, energy efficiency, and smart/IoT lighting systems
  • Other duties at the request of the Electro Trading management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Applied Arts, or a related field from a reputable university
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Photoshop is a must
  • Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
