Job Description:

This role, based out of our Albert Park branch is often the face of Coates and requires exceptional customer service and professionalism, as well as working to tight deadlines and ensuring and maintaining a high standard of safety.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safe, professional and timely delivery/pick up of equipment to and from various site locations
  • Effectively secure freight load to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment storage and location to ensure efficient retrieval
  • Perform general yard duties ensuring an organised and safe yard
  • Safe operation of light vehicle (ute) with a small crane on it

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (MR or HR license would be highly regarded)
  • Experience loading and unloading equipment using correct restraint
  • A clean driving record and a commitment to the importance of safety – you are an expert on the chain of responsibility
  • Reliable customer service skills
  • Adequate technology skills
