Job Responsibility:

  • Design and approve formal Lifting Plans and HIRARC for all piling-related lifts
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of heavy piling rigs and crawler cranes
  • Ensure all machinery has valid PMT/Certificate of Fitness (CF) and all personnel are certified
  • Audit lifting gears (slings, shackles, chains) and maintain equipment certification logs
  • Conduct specialized Tool Box Talks and exercise Stop Work Authority for unsafe conditions

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or relevant
  • DOSH/CIDB recognized Lifting Manager/Supervisor certificate & CIDB Green Card
  • 5+ years in heavy lifting, specifically within Piling/Foundation sectors
  • Expert knowledge of load charts, ground bearing pressure, and Malaysian safety laws (FMA 1967/OSHA 1994)
  • Willing to travel between KL and JB
