Nexo Residences Miami Beach is a luxury residential and hospitality property designed for modern travelers and owners seeking a high-touch experience. The property blends elevated accommodations, resort-style amenities, and curated lifestyle programming in the heart of Miami. We are seeking a polished hospitality professional to lead the lifestyle experience at Nexo Residences while serving as a trusted onsite relationship manager for owners. The Lifestyle & Owner Relations Manager will shape the onsite experience at Nexo Residences. This role combines luxury hospitality, concierge services, event programming, partnership development, and owner relations into one highly visible position. This person will act as the face of the lifestyle experience onsite. They will create memorable programming, build local partnerships, coordinate exclusive guest perks, and maintain strong relationships with owners. The ideal candidate is polished, connected, organized, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. This role also requires a hospitality professional with a strong sales mindset. The Lifestyle & Owner Relations Manager will actively identify opportunities to enhance revenue, strengthen partnerships, support group business, and showcase the property to prospective guests, partners, and owners. They should be comfortable serving as an ambassador for Nexo Residences and AvantStay while helping drive awareness and engagement within the local community.
Job Responsibility
Curate weekly and monthly onsite programming for guests and owners
Coordinate events such as wellness classes, cocktail hours, chef experiences, networking events, beach activations, and local collaborations
Create a hospitality experience that feels personalized and exclusive
Act as a high-touch concierge resource for guests during their stay
Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the experience
Work closely with local vendors and operators to deliver premium experiences
Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, fitness studios, nightlife venues, spas, beach clubs, retailers, and experience providers throughout Miami
Develop exclusive guest perks and VIP offerings through local partnerships
Curate and manage the Nexo Guest Passport program, including discounts, preferred access, and local experiences
Coordinate production and ongoing updates of guest-facing partnership materials and guides
Continuously identify new opportunities that elevate the guest experience and brand presence
Serve as an onsite relationship manager for owners
Assist owners with questions regarding operations, performance, reservations, and guest experience
Help facilitate communication between owners and AvantStay teams
Monitor owner requests and ensure timely follow-up
Build trust and long-term relationships with a high-profile ownership group
Share operational insights and help create a seamless ownership experience
Work in tandem with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily execution
Coordinate event logistics with onsite teams and vendors
Maintain high service standards across all guest touchpoints
Support special projects and property activations as needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, events, partnerships, concierge services, lifestyle programming, or owner relations
Strong knowledge of Miami hospitality, nightlife, dining, wellness, and cultural scene
Existing local relationships and vendor connections strongly preferred
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with high-profile guests and owners
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Experience in hotels, luxury residential, private clubs, or lifestyle brands preferred
