• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification required
• Creating a safe workplace
• Following company policies and procedures
• Protecting company assets
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are professional
• Comfortable answering discoverer questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines
• Ability to be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time)
• Taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)
• Partnering with management in creating a team
• Assisting in the hiring, training and development process
