We are currently seeking a passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our aged care home. The Role: This is a Permanent Full-Time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant 'home' atmosphere.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs
  • Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community
  • Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care

Requirements

Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
