Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our aged care home. If you are looking for a meaningful career move where you can truly impact residents and their families, we want to hear from you. The Role: This is a Permanent Full-Time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant "home" atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs. Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community. Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care. Requirements: Qualification: Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent). Soft Skills: A genuine "people person" with a passion for building relationships.
